Our story

Between us, we have over 40 years of experience in legal and finance. We have worked in banking, notary, commerce and legal practices. We connected over the desire to contribute to the general knowledge of the law amongst people of color. 

We unfortunately have had to conclude that clients of color were faced with legal and financial inequity. Despite their creativity, they lacked the knowledge and skills to wield legal and financial structures in order to build lasting wealth.

We decided to combine our expertise. Using our own entrepreneurial spirit, we strive to support entrepreneurs to grow and build a lasting legacy.
